Let me see if I can concisely explain the difference between “private” and “public” options for goods and services. Here is my clearest, most simple explanation.

    Anyone who has ever even seen a “charity” hospital, knows what’s in store for our country.

    Guam has a government owned hospital. When I worked on the island, the locals told me, “If you ever get hurt here, for the love of God, don’t let them take you to the GovGuam hospital!”
