Check out the salute on Big Ø

Not a bad salute by Zero. He must have received a lesson, huh?

Obama went out to Dover AFB to salute the fallen soldiers and get his photo taken doing it.

Rush Limbaugh sees right through it.

“It was a photo-op precisely because he’s having big-time trouble on this whole Afghanistan dithering situation,” Limbaugh told “Fox News Sunday.”

“He can create the impression that he has all this great concern,” Limbaugh charged.

Obama said his overnight trip to view the returning flag-draped caskets of 18 Americans killed in Afghanistan at Dover Air Force Base Thursday will “bear on how I see” the war. He is expected to unveil a new strategy that could send up to 40,000 more troops into the warzone.

Yep. Seeing the caskets “bears” on how he sees the war. That means that he was unclear on the concept and reality of fallen warriors until he actually saw caskets. Apparently, until he physically laid eyes on flag draped caskets, he didn’t really “get” that KIA means dead. Pretty weak abstract thinking skills for the America’s brainiest president, wouldn’t you say?

Or maybe he is about to depart from the Afghanistan strategy he said was transformative six months ago and needs an excuse for doing so. Claiming the sight of caskets changed everything for him should tug at the heartstrings of an Obama-drama addled nation giving him the cover he needs to flip and flop. Watch for it.

    Wow, R.D…you’ve said it all.

I watched the interview of Rush with Chris Wallace, sent out the link to http://www.RealClearPolitics.com to my mailing list, copied, emailed the entire transcript, and even copied the entire clip to share with any who want it on CD. I did everything I know how to do to get this day’s information out to those who don’t pay enough attention to what is actually going on around them.

But what you’ve isolated here with just this one photo is a perfect illustration of the pretense of this charlatan who is sitting in the seat of the President of THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA!

Just when I think Obama has descended so low he cannot go any further, he does this. It is so very crass and utterly souless to use dead soldiers as props to hide his failure to lead. The soldiers should have dropped the coffin on his foot.

At least 17 of the 18 families told him, not only no, but hell, no, on getting pictures for his photo-op. Good on them. So, now he has the excuse he needs to say no on more troops to actually win in A-stan. He just won’t be able to bring himself to send more troops, because he went to Dover.

This miserable piece of nobel prize winning shit actually sat down and said: “what do I have to do so I can balk in Afghanistan?” I’ll bet you!

I do have to say, though… for a smarmy, squirmy piece of shit, that’s a snappy salute. He must’ve practiced in front of the mirror for hours.

At least Bush (who I only hated half as much as this commie) wouldn’t allow pictures of the coffins. That beats using them as props!!!

Reagan started this whole presidential salute thing. Frankly, you aren’t supposed to salute in civilian clothes. You aren’t supposed to salute indoors except under very specific circumstances. You aren’t supposed to salute without headgear. I suppose the president can do whatever he wants but I wish they would all stop playing soldier.
