Man Calls 911, Doesn’t Know His Address
Police Say Man Reported His Marijuana Stash Stolen
GAINESVILLE, Fla. — When you dial 911, there’s certain things you have to do to make sure you get the help you need.
First, know your home address, and second, don’t wait 45 minutes to dial 911.
Von Powell, 22, who lives near Gainesville, had a hard time doing both of those things after he said he was the victim of a home robbery.
The man also told police that one of the things stolen was his “personal stash” of marijuana.

The thing that sickens me about people like this, is their phoney ‘code of silence’… Like they’re some John Gotti’s. The same people that refuse to talk to the police, are the one’s who bitch that we don’t do our job.
I was dispatched to a drive-by a while back. Upon securing the scene, another unit and I did the obligatory “anyone see anything?” and 2 dozen people, sitting on a porch, 200 feet from the shooting saw jack shit!
Luckily, our shooter was the dumbest criminal on the planet and committed his act 15′ in front of a Sheriff’s Deputy. He got away, but we had good information and captured him 30 minutes later. When he fell out of the car in front of the Deputy, he lost his cell phone, right shoe, and baseball cap with his name in it.
HAHAHA!!!!

That’s right. This week we had a similar incident not far from where I live. Nobody saw anything.
