So they loaded up the truck and they moved to Washington, D.C. that is
November 12, 2009Now I know exactly nothing about fashion, but I know that when a solemn event is being held in a cemetery, you don’t wear bright, fiesta colors. Somebody needs to let the First Lady know. Here she is at the Veterans Day wreath laying ceremony yesterday.

It’s about like watching the Beverly Hillbillies, isn’t it?

…loaded up the “truck” I think you mean?

Yes, thank you. Corrected.

I recognize the belt she is wearing too…

I noticed that they both wear their belts around their belly instead of their waist. I think that’s the new Parisian belt style.
And I also noticed that Joey B. didn’t have his yapper open.

This is standard Seafood Market wear. Pink bunny slippers will make an appearance at some point, mark my words.

Yes, the pink slippers that are dirty from not picking up your feet when you walk. And the coat isn’t even buttoned!! Whazupwitdat? Looks trashy to me. How disrespectful!

All she is doing is displaying her disrespect subconciously. These people hate the military no matter the number of times they lament how much they “support the troops”

I think it also goes to show that the advisers the first family has surrounded themselves with are a sad lot as well. You would think they would let her dumb ass know that her Cinco de Mayo colors are inappropriate for such an ocassion. Rick – I definitely agree with your comment about subconsciously demonstrating her disrespect – on her part as well as Barack’s for not insisting she wear something more in tune with the event. A sad state of affairs.

I agree with you Squirrel. The so called “advisors” she hangs with are indeed a sad lot. They are probably too sceert to say something to the wench in fear of getting kicked to the curb.

Winter is coming. She will have a parka with Skittles all over it soon, if she doesn’t already.
RUDE JUDE :

Indeed, Brad. They DO like to stand out don’t they? I’m looking forward to seeing what kind of big hat she wears to church; when and if they ever decide on one.

She has the social skills of a wookie…

Her shape reminds me of a bowling pin. Looks like a gift-y item you’ld give a bowler who just had a baby boy. (Of course you’ld find this white elephant in the thrift store.)What an embarrassment. As J.D. Clampett would say: pitiful.

I sure do wonder what the person holding her umbrella was thinking.

Could be a segway to some funny captions?
MadBrad :

Actually I think her shape is a natural fit for a Salt or Pepper shaker.

ah yes, once again the lil O’s show their class.
Pure class act there… I know people who haven’t a pot to piss in that dress with more dignity and show more respect and class at a funeral
I not only waonder what the soldier holding the umbrella thought but as well what the military families concensus is? I for one am DAMN glad I am not in the military now, and not because of the military but because of the zero and the rest of the chit that infest washington

Commander in Chief? More like, Commander in THIEF!! Taking the USA and making a mockery of it to the rest of the world. I’m glad I’m not still in the military either for the same reasons McNamys.

Some of the comments dont seem flattering for “the best dressed woman of the year” and her ubiquitious tit support belt.
What struck me in the photo are the Soldiers standing behind these political Royals, holding umbrella to prevent raindrops from falling on their heads.
I imagine its something thats has happened in the past but its the first time I have really noticed. I guess when you are so important, hell, you dont have to even walk with your own brolly. Would really hurt Michelle to hold her own brolly?
You would think these Champagne Socialist would want to set a good example of the egalitarianism they forever preach about.
But as the old saying goes, some are more equal than others.

Anyone recall the dress the Klingon War Bride wore at the last Medal Of Honor ceremony at the WH? It looked like someone got a monkey drunk, fed him 14 colors of paint and he puked on the dress. As totally inappropriate as this thing is.
BNE, can you imagine the recruiter telling the prospective soldier, “oh yeah, you’ll get infantry training, get assigned to the Old Guard at Arlington, and get to hold an umbrella for 0 or Plugs or Meeeshell”. Where do I sign, where do I sign?

ONE fashion faux pas on a (s)elected official’s spouse can be excused. When it’s a repeated offense, it’s deliberate.
Just like HER hubby is deliberately screwing up everything he touches, her wardrobe is a deliberate embarrassment and laughingstock.
I cannot tell you how much I loathe these people for dissing the military as they do…and I’m just a lowly civilian.
