The stories presented by our news media have become so bizarre that I almost feel as if I need to check Snopes on everything or maybe wait a few days before writing on it in hopes that the newsworthy item will be discovered to be a hoax. Even I get tired of referring to the President of the United States as an enemy of the people of the United States but he takes every opportunity to prove the accuracy of that statement. He has done absolutely nothing, not one single thing that makes me think otherwise. I am now beginning to believe that he wants me to sound like a broken record because he wants to destroy any shock value such proclamations once had.

President Barack Hussein Obama (Mmmm, Mmmm, Mmmm) is an enemy of the United States engaged in its destruction in all of his official duties on a daily basis. See? There’s nothing shocking about that statement. It is a statement of fact that could be defended in a Court of Law. I always keep a thought in the back of my mind that one day I may be called to account for my words written here on the Revo, in a Court of Law. I would actually savor such an opportunity. You should have seen the last stunt I pulled when I was determined to get my day in Court.

Imagine how much Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is savoring HIS opportunity to appear in Federal Court. He must be seriously excited and is no doubt saying prayers of Thanksgiving that his Enemies are given over to such depraved minds. I know that when news of the plans of Attorney General Stedman Holder reached Osama Bin Laden and his staff, uncontrollable laughter was the immediate reaction. I’m sure that the first thing they did after that was to check it out on Snopes and then laugh even harder. “It should be obvious to all the Mujahideen everywhere that Allah has a great sense of humor” is probably a common phrase in many jihadi website chat rooms around the net this past week.

Now ask yourselves when was the last time that enemies of the United States were given such preferred treatment. That would be never. It is truly hard for me to comprehend how it is that such a decision can be allowed to be made. No, there is only one circumstance that can allow for such incredibly ignorant arrogance. That is in the instance where vandals with Law Degrees are allowed to lead a Nation in a time of War.

There is no legal precedent for the Attorney General to make such a determination that an Enemy of the United States can and should be tried in a U.S. Courtroom. It is extremely distasteful to me to even have to contemplate this subject. Ask yourself when was the last time a criminal court tried a defendant was ever tried for on offense he had already confessed to. That would only be in the event that the Court did not accept the confession as legitimate. Why would the confession of Khalid Sheik Mohammed be inadmissible as evidence in a criminal proceeding? I could go on and on but it has a negative impact on my health. I think I need to quit asking stupid rhetorical questions. It makes me feel more stupid by the keystroke and it pisses me off.

What is the objective of the government in making this decision?

This is yet another example why the U.S. Federal Court is just so unfit to claim jurisdiction over intelligent people. Who can take these idiots seriously anymore? How can anyone sit in front of a television camera and keep a straight face as they explain why this decision has been made and is being carried out?

This is nothing more or less than a willful decision on the part of our President, Attorney General and all the players behind the curtain to provide aid and comfort to the Enemy. It’s all dressed up in legal platitudes and given the official window dressing to make it appear to be a legitimate proceeding but I would argue that it is a criminal act. The sole purpose of this proceeding is to damage the institutions that provide for our National Security. The entire Nation will be a witness to this Crime and will be able to easily determine the intent of the criminals perpetrating this willful act. It is a violation of the oaths of office of each of the sworn participants and it is at its core unconstitutional.

Why is this being done to us? KSM has bragged about his participation in the September 11th attacks and has already expressed his wish to be executed. The purpose this proceeding serves is to provide assistance to our Enemy and their cause by damaging the means by which we maintain National Security. It is clear to me and it should be clear to everyone by now that our President sympathizes with the causes of our Enemies. His behavior since becoming President has clearly demonstrated this fact. Now his Justice Department is engaged in providing them support. When and how is all this Bullshit going to end?

Guess who is paying for all this? That’s right. Once again we are forced to fund our own destruction. We will be paying for this in currency much more valuable than Dollars and Cents. The people running this Country are truly the scum of the earth and they are not worthy of our respect or tolerance. In matters of Life and Death they choose Death every time. By their Fruits you shall know them. This is the sorriest bunch of human debris I have ever witnessed.
