Fox about to cut Bill O’Reilly loose?

So says the Wall Street Journal.

Fox News is preparing to cut ties with its biggest star, Bill O’Reilly, according to people close to the situation.

A final decision on Mr. O’Reilly’s fate could come as early as the next several days, the people said. Mr. O’Reilly, host of “The O’Reilly Factor,” has been ensnared in a sexual-harassment scandal related to previously undisclosed settlements he and Fox News paid to women who worked on or appeared on his program.

    Can’t say I’d shed a tear.

Good riddance. My personal dislike for this man goes back to 1990. Hopefully he feels at least as disgraced as he made me and my friends out to be when he was making his money as the liberal host of Inside Edition.

Well, power corrupts. I believe it cost him financially, marriage, and perhaps some good friendships. I wish him all the best in his new life… wonder if him and miller will still be on tour? LOL

He’ll Land a crazy good job at some other news company because arrogant, self-righteous, blowhards are popular.

He’s a gun grabber. No sleep lost here.

That was one of my biggest issues with him, too. You can’t imagine my face when I I heard him insinuate that it would be okay to ban “assault rifles” and “other big guns.”

He has a strong opinion on everything. Even shit about which he is 100% ignorant. Folks like that irritate me.

For O’Reilly, the No Job Zone includes a $25 million severance package.
