The key word in this video that really scares the shit out of me is “energy audit”. This is the first time that I’ve thought about such a thing. I can totaly see this coming soon; government regulations on the amount of energy one uses in their homes. Everybody will get an arbitrary amount of kilowatts and if you go over, have to pay a fine, just like the cap ‘n trade shit. Perhaps my idea of stocking up on incandescent lightbulbs is not such a good idea afterall….

Yep the “Energy Audit” is another meaningless exercise that allows government to bury their hands in your pocket.
I believe in Socialist Canada and the socialist UK it is now mandatory to get an energy audit in order to sell your home, which has added on almost an extra grand to the cost of buying a home. Oh and the Audit is only valid for 6 months, if the house has not sold during that period, the buyer can request you get a new one.
As for this Ed Bagley guy, never heard of him but I wouldnt be surprised he is a not cuddly animal loving, gaia worshipping vegetarian judging by his almost eco-terrorist anger.
Of course its all our fault for not understanding how much people like him really care for Mother Earth.
