Freaky Friday Follies – The woes of breaking back into the Blogosphere
December 18, 2009I was barely back online after nearly two years of no home internet connection when RD took his well needed rest from the Revo. Trying to pick up the slack for that guy did have the anticipated impact on my sleep pattern. He has boasted of being able to do the work of ten men. Perhaps it is true.
It was during the past week that I learned the hard way, that I need to get an eye exam and new prescription lenses. By the end of the week the muscles in the back of my neck were knotting up from leaning forward and straining my eyes. My work station is not very computer friendly either. My Mother purchased it for me when I began the First Grade.
My sleep pattern got all out of whack and then my research for Real Revo friendly alternative energy sources as content subject matter for the week of the COP15 Conference lead me down paths of knowledge I have yet to recover from. I am all for any alternative energy sources that will help free me from the heel of The Man but not at the expense of others. I am encouraged by what I have learned but as always, when this is coupled with what I already know my mind can lead me astray.
A friend of mine has just about convinced me that the ultimate vehicle for the Pockeelypse is an old school bus. I have seen how these wonderful beasts of burden can be transformed in the hands of Redneck and Mexican Artisans alike. Such displays of genius can be moving to behold. Now knowing what I know how simple it is to burn waste vegetable oil as fuel in a diesel engine, I may officially adopt the school bus as my platform for global conquest.
Though I have found several videos dedicated to this subject I found others that just make me yearn to wield the power of a 65 passenger International Harvester yet again. I don’t think this one burns grease…
Here’s a little something I also found to be entertaining during blog induced insomnia…

Thank you. This is my formal apology for having dropped off the fact of the earth this week, for the most part. I was all out of whack and couldn’t put an intelligent thought together.
