The percentage of leftist Hollywood stars who are millionaires is probably in the high nineties.

  2. DarthJay says:

Funny you should mention Hollywood. I saw these this morning.

I don’t see anything in the chart about what party these congressional millionaires are or about their political leanings, so I don’t know what you’re all going on about. They could be democrats or republicans or communists or Sufi mystics. The point is they compose 50% of congress, and all they know about how the rest of us live is what they see on TV and in movies.

  3. justin says:

r.d. walker: you cocksmuggling fucktard. yes, the ‘leftist’ hollywood cabal would run high in millionaires, but unlike the pie, douchewaffle, they don’t run the country.

  4. notamobster says:

    “cocksmuggling fucktard” :-)

It looks to me like justin might be unstable. What motivated the personal attack? Wow, seriously, I think the nurses just called, it’s time for your meds, justin.

  5. R.D. Walker says:

Justin, it is evident that you were sexually abused in your bed by the steady string of STD infected men your gin soaked mother brought home from her nightly bar crawls. Now, as an adult, you have developed a deep self loathing masochism that causes you to invite similar abuse on the Internet. Well, I am not going to accommodate you.

My comment was meant to highlight the hypocrisy of Hollywood types who attain status well within the top 1% but pretend to be part of the lower 99%.

Now run along. Grown ups are talking here.

  6. pibber says:

RD, it’s interesting that you take a shot at hollywood ‘leftists’, as if they’ve any weight with the government. yes, many are outspoken, but your inability to grasp what the pie really means, shows the education gap, and your lack of a grasp of the problem. it’s not actors that have and ethic you disagree with that’s the problem, it’s the many many millionaires and financial sector workers that seem to flow in and out of our government that is the problem. left, or right.

  7. R.D. Walker says:

Pibber: Here I am, running the Real Revo for four years. I have made more than 6,000 posts promoting conservative libertarianism. I have written literally hundreds of posts decrying corporatism and crony capitalism which isn’t damned capitalism at all.

The sum total of what I am my cobloggers have written here is frickin’ manifesto of libertarian economics and free market capitalism. I have cursed the rent seekers. I have condemned the bailouts. I have tried with every ounce of my being to explain how the market works right down to the profound importance of Schumpeter’s creative destruction and the need to let failing business fail. I am a bloody warrior leading a charge to end the unholy and corrupt alliance of corporations and the leviathan government!

And then, because of one comment about the hypocrisy of celebretards and you are able to determine that I have an “education gap” and don’t GRASP THE FUCKING PROBLEM?! Maybe if you pulled your head out of your ass and looked around a little bit you wouldn’t look so clueless.

So read the archives and then come back and be a regular reader. I will forgive you.

  8. Slaphappypap says:

“I am a blood warrior leading a charge to end the unholy and corrupt alliance of corporations and the leviathan government!”

Dear Jesus, I hope he reads a little more. That looked liked it hurt. Can I borrow that one RD?

  9. R.D. Walker says:

Slap: Yeah. I let these guys get under my skin. I am better now.

  10. B.I.G. Wad says:

Trading insults on the internet is retarded. You both have little tiny dicks, anyhow.

  11. R.D. Walker says:

“Trading insults on the internet is retarded. You both have little tiny dicks, anyhow.”

That was either a hilarious quip or a really stupid comment. Not sure which…

  12. notamobster says:

I think B.I.G. Wad is a H.U.G.E. Genius! No need for namecalling, Mr Poopypants!

  13. rj says:

Oh to be as versed as RD in the art of the perfect smack down… well said RD

I cant send the kind of smack down without resorting to blue language that would get me censored even on the REVO

  14. jacksonsdad says:

    Sorry, but I must…

I came across this pledge and it touches my very soul.
I pledge allegiance to the Lamb.
with all my strength, with all I am.
I will seek to honor His commands.
I pledge allegiance to the Lamb.
I realize that everyone has pledged allegiance to someone or something. What have you pledged allegiance to?

In his essay “Why are we here” John Kaminski wrote: “Organized religion has no allegiance to you; only you to it. Hence, it is slavery, and very effective, because it has convinced you it has given you a gift, when in actuality it has only addicted you to its ontological anesthesia, and actually prevented you from thinking about who you really are in a nonjudgmental way.”

Religion is the Christian acting out of his faith-worthless until one is saved, but then, the result of being saved.

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Why is it African American instead of American African? Is the allegiance to Africa or America? I am not trying to ask a racist question. I just want to know.

African is the adjective, American is the noun. African describing what kind of American. If it were reversed, we would be Americans in Africa.

“As has been pointed out, Hollywood is not creating policy.”

In promoting in the first place and continuing to support the current CiC they are indeed ‘creating policy’. You can’t conveniently separate the cart from the horse.

    • RJ says:

true they dont create policy but they damn sure try to influence it with all their global warming movies.
Kids believe that polar bear looking wobegone on the little ice berg was actually in danger, they dont know polar bears are at the top of the food chain in AK and can swim for over 60 miles without rest.

Hey I love zombypockylips survival movies as well as the next guy but I know it aint gonna be caused by man made global warming its gonna be caused by a global monitary collapse directly attributed to politicians spending and borrowing and spending our country into oblivion.

  20. jacksonsdad says:

You can no sooner make that claim than you can claim that the Legacy Media’s Water Carrying for this Failure Of Leadership has no impact on current politics. The spin they provide is not only beneficial… it is CRUCIAL to the re-election of the worst Prez ever. If they were doing their job it would not even be close.

  21. Austin P. says:

1% percent of the United States population is still 3115920 people. There are 535 United States congressmen between both chambers, half of which is roughly 282, which the millionaires compose, most of which are senior members. The US congress’ millionaires make up 0.00009050298 percent of the proposed 1% problem, so it could be said that there not much of the problem at all, but perhaps the millions of other millionaires and billionaires who make those congressmen billionaires are more of the issue.

  22. Austin P. says:

    millionaires*

  23. Bman says:

What problem is there being a millionaire in the first place?
