I was never a huge George W. Bush fan but just listening to him here makes me remember fondly what it felt like to have a POTUS who didn’t hate my guts. It was nice.
I despised Dubya as a big government, big spending neo-con. At least he loved America. And capitalism. Man, I miss that guy.

I miss GWB alot. Patriotism is one of my favorite attributes in a person.
Bush is a class act. Unlike other democrat former presidents, he has refused to inject himself into the political fray despite being pilloried by his successor. It wouldn’t take much to slam Obama, but he has chosen not to do so out of respect for the office.
