       Ain’t that the truth. But Peter theorized everyone has their limitations. Government ignores Peter and keeps on promoting.

   not sure about that second chart, nota. Says “billions of dollars” which is not the case and it appears that it is some sort of comparison to baseline. I think we need a different chart here.
