It Looks Like Homeland Security Has Rewarded Someone For Something – Probably Political

Did The DHS Just Award An Ammunition Contract To A Shell Corporation?

Now, by Shell Corporation they are not talking about the oil company. They are talking about a corporation that exists only on paper.

DHS signed a contract with Evian Group of Las Vegas to supply them with 200,000 rounds of ammunition for $45,758. Evian Group does not exist at the address they list. There is more, too. Evian Group was formed on December 12, 2012, just 5 days before the announcement of the solicitation.

Check it out. It’s your money that’s being wasted.

I wonder if someone can look into all the other ammo “purchases” that DHS, Soc. Security and other gvt agencies have made recently. How many were actual purchases?

and using ammo as the ‘expense’ how incredibly psy-operative of them

I don’t know. I don’t doubt that it happens. Plenty of stimulus money went to shell companies who simply farmed out the work to others.

That’s not the case here, because that price is below retail cost. 200k rds would be $68k retail.

GREAT Price on 1,000 rds of .40 BTW:
