Finally he invited someone to talk about guns who is lucid, calm, and makes sense. Joshua Boston takes it to him and he does nothing but repeat his idiotic meme.

“I think children should be able to go to school without worrying about being killed.” Many thousands of times more children are killed in America by automobile accidents than by AR-15s and Morgan doesn’t call for the banning of cars. Yes, children shouldn’t have to worry about being killed by an AR-15 but they have several orders of magnitude more chance of meeting a violent, bloody death in a car accident.
In fact, how many children aged 5-10 have died in America in automobile accidents since Newtown? About 2,900 people have been killed on the nation’s highways since the Newtown massacre. If 5% of them are aged 5-10, that means that 185 children aged 5-10 have met violent, bloody deaths on the nations highways since the shooting. One hundred and eighty-five!
We accept that, however. Nobody is calling for banning automobiles so children don’t have to worry about being mangled to death in a crash. We just accept it.
There haven’t been 185 kids aged 5-10 killed by AR-15s in 20 years. Yet that is – statistically at least – close to the number that have met violent, bloody ends since the middle of December.
Watching Morgan makes me sick.
Our children are our greatest resource, they deserve to have the best protection we can provide, regardless of what some schools consider too expensive. Children being shot in their schools is unacceptable.
There were 1.13 million abortions in the US in 2012, where is the outrage for the murders of the unborn children?
