It hasn’t drawn much attention, but Facebook’s first annual earnings report contains an accounting gem: a multibillion-dollar tax deduction for the cost of executive stock options and share awards.

Even though Facebook (FB) reported $1.1 billion in pre-tax profits from U.S. operations in 2012, it will probably pay zero federal and state taxes—and even receive a federal tax refund of about $429 million—according to a Feb. 14 statement from Citizens for Tax Justice.

NAH! This is confirmation of techie nerds being cow-towed into serving Progressive New Left Activist’s long term goals by “politik operatives.” Remember that meeting Obama had with all the “leaders of IT” in Washington DC???? Well, this was the “Yalta Conference” of the Progressive New Left Activist’s LEADER(Obama) uniting with USA’s “IT LEADERS” (Facebook, Google, Microsoft, etc.)in order to consolidate under one “directive” Obama’s Second Term agenda…which is? (All together now) a silent “coup d’etat!!!!”
Remember! Crony-capitalism is the vehicle for Progressive New Lefts Activist’s achieving their goals (as displayed in this article). Obama did this in the: housing crisis; banking crisis; commercial real estate crisis; the manufacturing sector crisis, unemployment crisis etc., etc., etc. (Quantitative Easing anyone?)
How’s that “renewable Energy crisis” working out? You know…Climate Change????HAH! Talk about crony-capitalism…geez! Not a one of those businesses given “money , tax breaks, grants et al” is still around…all “Out of Business” signs posted. Overwhelm the system with excessive, frivolous, waste, fraud and malfeasance…yep! The coup d’etat will complete itself. OH! Retailing sector is soon to post a “crisis” situation, also!!! You know, “too big to fail!”Pray. Amen.
