The Obama Campaign agitates for gun control

That’s right, “the Obama Campaign.” He is still campaigning and he has converted his campaign apparatus into his own, personal army of rabble rousers, agitators and virtual stormtroopers.

Organizing for Action (OFA), the group descended from the Obama for America campaign organization, will press lawmakers on Friday to back President Obama’s proposals to reduce gun violence.

OFA plans to host 100 events in 80 congressional districts aimed at urging lawmakers to back Obama’s gun proposals, the group announced Thursday.

“These events range from Letter to the editor writing parties, or rallies and press events, to candle light vigils and petitions for members of Congress,” according to Organizing for America spokeswoman Katie Hogan. “These events were tailored by our supporters on what they thought was the best event for their community.”

Obama has released his army of flying monkeys on the land. Expect to hear from them.

I was wondering where the ACLU stood on all this being that they support all kinds of rights, some of them being outright dangerous and support noncitizens having rights as well. I found this on their site which sums up their position:

Given the reference to “a well regulated Militia” and “the security of a free State,” the ACLU has long taken the position that the Second Amendment protects a collective right rather than an individual right.

Collective right, ACLU? SCOTUS disagrees. Carry on.

As for OFA. They are now a ‘non-partisan’ organizing super pac. So non-partisan are they, that they still use Obama’s logo.

Everybody chillax. If cupcakes are their retarded plan, we will have our guns for a long, long time.
